One thing that could help you out is to act like you’re going to a workplace and getting dressed for it. Try to train your mind to think like you’re going out to work for someone else and you should be able to take this more seriously.
Get a schedule together that looks like a brick and mortar job work schedule. Make it a point to work as soon as you show up to work and maybe one 15 minute break before lunch. Always try your best to stick with this schedule.
You probably won’t fire yourself for being a few minutes late to work but you’re going to have to be a little tough on yourself if you make these things a habit. It costs you money when you’re not sticking to your schedule so don’t think for a second that working from home just means that you’re doing whatever you want all day long.
